Oceana has made 2 other good acquisitions last year with their takeover of Romarco, and their acquisition of the mine from Newmont. If they are acquiring NuLegacy, then they’ve done their homework.
OceanaGold has a great management team, and they are very well run.
I bought over 2 years ago. I was convinced that this was a “back the jockey” or back the management play and I liked the grade and inferred resource with respect to being a Nevada type play.

Rye Patch has been on the move lately, and that kind of takeover will likely come from Coeur to recover the NSR they are paying them. That would be fine with me. 🙂
